Hi, we're Gary and Julie. We aspired to become leaders in our careers. We pushed and pushed, trying to balance family life with work life and volunteer life, only to feel that we could not find enough time for our marriage and family.

After reaching our career goals but our relationship almost falling apart, we slowly worked to rebuild everything. Then we realized that it is possible to grow your career without your family suffering.
