FAQs - General

  • What does lifetime access to courses and course materials mean?

Lifetime access means you can revisit your purchased courses and materials at any time. You’ll continue to have access as long as the platform is active and the content is available.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because our courses and digital materials are delivered immediately, all sales are final. We encourage reviewing course and bundle descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your content, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

  • Are refunds available for bundles?

Yes. Bundle purchases may be eligible for a refund based on the portion of the bundle that has not been used. If you’ve purchased a bundle and feel it’s not the right fit, please contact us. We’ll review which courses have been accessed and work with you to determine an appropriate refund. Our goal is to be fair while also respecting the value of the content you’ve received.

  • Can I switch from an individual course to a bundle?

If you’ve purchased an individual course and later decide you’d prefer a full learning pathway, contact us. In some cases, we may be able to apply your course purchase toward a bundle within a limited timeframe.

  • Do free courses require a credit card?

No. Free courses do not require a credit card. They’re designed as an introduction to our approach and learning style.

  • Can I share my course access with someone else?

Course access is intended for the purchasing couple only. Sharing login credentials or materials outside your household is not permitted.

  • How long do courses take to complete?

All courses are self-paced. Some couples move through content in a few sessions, while others take more time. We encourage couples to move at a pace that supports meaningful conversation and reflection.

  • What if we’re not sure where to start?

We recommend visiting our Start Here page, which helps you choose the learning pathway that best fits your current season.

  • Are courses faith-based?

Our content is values-driven and focused on intentional relationships, leadership, and family. Some courses may include faith-informed perspectives, but the primary focus is practical, relational growth.

  • What devices can I use to access courses?

Courses can be accessed on most modern devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with an internet connection.

  • Do you offer technical support?

Yes. If you experience issues accessing your courses or materials, reach out through our contact form and we’ll assist you.

  • What is the best way to contact you?

For general questions or support, email is great because we can generate a paper trail. We do our best to respond within a reasonable timeframe. From there we can arrange a call to address whatever questions or concerns you may have.
