Experience

Author: Leading and Love

A brand new year is upon us and for many this is a chance to make things better - habits, decision making, communicating, sharing, giving, and so forth.  You probably spent the last few weeks or months reflecting on who you are (in those areas mentioned above) and who you should become (in those areas mentioned above). How you go about it will be based on your perception - how you view yourself and how you view the world - and the choices you believe you have. All of this boils back to experience. Your experience affects how you view things and the choices that you think you currently have.

Idea #1

As you work to get better in 2022, think about the experiences that you are creating, because they will guide how you look at things and the choices you will make afterward.

Idea #2

You will evaluate success based on the experiences that unfold.
