Author: Leading and Love
Meeting new people and building new relationships can be daunting for the reserved. For the outgoing, snatching up the room is more nature than nurture. First impressions often count especially when second or third chances are inevitable. Space out the interactions and you might get a second chance to make a real first impression. One thing that serves both the reserved and outgoing when it comes to meeting people is grace.
Grace here is defined as simple elegance or refined movement. This definition is normally attributed to women but men can exhibit grace as well.
Idea #1
Grace is deliberate. Every and anybody can practice grace.
Idea #2
Grace and humility complement each other. Grace is what keeps humility from stumbling over into arrogance of falling into inferiority.
Quote #1

Quote #2
“Beauty without grace is the hook without the bait.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson
Quote #3
“Grace is sufficient even though we huff and puff with all our might to try and find something or someone that it cannot cover. Grace is enough.” -Brennan Manning
