Our health is arguably the most important aspect of our lives. In fact, our health is our life. Good health usually leads to longer life. Bad health usually means a shorter life. We rely on our bodies to signal to us that things are going right and we wait for our bodies to tell us that something might be wrong. Our health speaks to a fundamental truth about life - we are either growing or not growing. There is no in between. Therefore, we need to keep improving our health, because if we do nothing about it, we lose it.

You are the total of your physical health, mental health, and spiritual health. Keep a close watch on these things. If one gets impacted, the others will be impacted as well. Something as simple as a toothache impacts more systems than we might think.
